ID5’s Head of Recruitment, Jack Brawn, sat down with Jessica Werner, Senior Director of Publisher Operations to provide candidates with a sneak peek into what life at ID5 is like. Who is Jessica Werner?

Jessica Werner is the Senior Director of Publisher Operations at ID5, overseeing all global publisher partners and distribution partnerships. Jessica has over a decade of experience on the supply side; advocating for publishers, driving their monetization and addressability efforts. She first established her career within the SSP realm during her time at Sonobi, leading early efforts in migrating publishers into the new world of header bidding. 

Prior to ID5, Jess was the Director of Account Management at Freestar, leading yield efforts across the portfolio of programmatic publisher partners. As ID5’s second US hire, in 2021, Jessica oversees publisher growth and expansion placing ID5 as the most widely adopted identity solution year over year since first joining. 

Outside of ID5, Jess enjoys spending her time traveling, going on retreats, collecting art, making pottery, tending to her growing garden of succulents and plants, reading, listening to podcasts, and catching some sun rays.
