Why is this an exciting time to join ID5? 

The ad tech industry has identified alternative IDs as the primary infrastructure to end its reliance on third party cookies. ID5’s partners have demonstrated that they are not waiting for Google to make a decision surrounding the fate of digital advertising and are looking to take things into their own hands. This is because they know that there are better solutions than cookies out there now, including ID5. 

However, ID5’s privacy-centric mission, global reach, and neutrality across all industry verticals set us apart from other solutions on the market. In addition to this investors are backing us as well. We just raised a significant Series B, which gives us the resources to continue building and scaling for the future of identity.

What are you looking for in a candidate?

We still have startup DNA and we are looking for candidates who are hungry, can think on their feet, and are willing to share their knowledge across our team. The industry is changing rapidly, and we want someone who can interpret these changes, and communicate the value that ID5 can bring to our partners in this dynamic space.

What makes working at ID5 or your team unique?

We are defining a market and everything that goes into that. We are solving new problems for our partners with every deal we execute. We operate in every market in the world, and the ID5 sales team must be adept at navigating cultural differences internally and externally. 

Who is Joseph Quaglia?

Joseph Quaglia is the SVP Sales & Business Development at ID5. He has over a decade of experience in ad tech, running sales and partnerships organizations. Prior to ID5, Joe spent eight years leading verification partnerships for Integral Ad Science, opening new business channels across programmatic, video, mobile and walled gardens. He then moved on to work as Head of Data Partner Strategy with IRIS.TV. As ID5’s first US hire, having joined the company in 2021, Joe is responsible for global sales and business development, focusing on building revenue and partnerships across all ad tech, including DSPs, SSPs and data companies
